Special issue of Economic Themes on Urban Sustainablity

We are pleased to announce the publication of a special issue of the Economic Themes journal, titled Urban Sustainability. This issue is a result of joint research activities of UR-DATA project team and SAB members, as well as invited authors. This issue features six papers written by prominent scientists from around the world, each of whom brings a unique perspective to the complex topic of urban sustainability. We would like to express special thanks to guest-editors: John Osth, Peter Nijkamp and Karima Kourtit, editor-in-Chief Dragana Radenkovic Jocic as well as authors and reviewers for their contribution.

The papers in this special issue cover a wide range of issues related to urban sustainability, including urban planning, transportation, green infrastructure, and community engagement. Together, they provide a comprehensive overview of the challenges and opportunities facing cities as they strive to become more sustainable.
