Within the foreseen activities of increasing scientific excellence of FEUN research capacities, UR-DATA team members participated in many scientific events this spring. An important event in this regard was the 6th International Scientific Conference “Economics of Digital Transformation (EDT) DIGITOMICS”, which was held in Opatija, Croatia, on June 8-10, 2023. In addition to regular sessions tackling the topics of the resilience of economic systems, economies, regions, cities and businesses, special sessions on smart cities and a workshop on health economics were hosted at the conference.
UR-DATA researcher, prof. Jelena Stanković participated in the panel: Artificial Intelligence and Smart City, along with the specialists in the area Henry Horng-Shing Lu (National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan) and Srđan Krčo (Metropolitan University – FEFA).
UR-DATA team members engaged in the active dissemination and communication of the project activities and had a successful presentation titled Exploring the pillars of business models for smart cities and their applicability in Serbia.
