UR-DATA early-stage researchers on a study visit to POLIEDRA

As part of the UR-DATA project’s efforts to foster knowledge exchange and research excellence, two early-stage researchers from the Faculty of Economics, University of Niš (FEUN), Marina Stanojević and Sandra Milanović, have conducted a one-month study visit to POLIEDRA, Italy. The purpose of these study visits is to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and best practices within the project research group.

During their stay at POLIEDRA, the researchers focused on UR-DATA key topics: the assessment of sustainability in urban-related public policies, smart governance for urban circular water use, and the application of MCDM methods to assess flood risk in urban and non-urban areas.

The impact of these study visits is expected to extend beyond the exchange period, as the researchers will continue to develop their findings and work on research papers based on the outcomes of their collaboration with POLIEDRA. This initiative strengthens the project’s interdisciplinary approach and supports the development of innovative solutions for sustainable urban governance.

Stay tuned for more updates as our team shares insights and progress from these research visits!
