The members of the UR-DATA research team visited the 2-day symposium “The Future of Ageing”, organized by the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, dedicated to the multidisciplinary analysis of this phenomenon that poses a threat to the majority of European countries.
At the symposium, the key aspects and challenges of population ageing were discussed, with particular emphasis on the demographic, social, political and cultural determinants of the ageing process.
Many useful insights and important research findings presented by the participants from different scientific fields will serve as valuable inputs for the UR-DATA research activities.
